Why are you called Manila Ice?

Manila is the capital of the Philippines, and chef Anthony’s favorite dessert is a crushed ice dessert called Halo Halo.

What’s on your menu?

We offer a variety of Filipino dishes on different days depending on the events we are in. The menu will change with the seasons and available produce, along with our rotating specials. When you visit us, you can always count on us to have lumpia, our custom truck made drinks, and the star of the show, the halo halo. We rotate rice bowls and pancit noodles based on seasonal availability and higher traffic events. Please check out the menu tab for more details.

Do you book private events?

YES! Please complete an event form found under our “Book Us” tab to submit your information.

Who’s the Filipino?

Our chef Anthony Santos is the one with Fiiipino heritage. Missy is Filipino by love.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Please let us know if you have any food allergies. While we do offer rotating specials for vegan and vegetarian dishes, major substitutions will be politely declined. Please note that because we have a small cooking space in the truck it is vital to let us know ahead of time if you have any food allergies. We cook with peanut, shrimp, dairy, and gluten.

Do you deliver?

We are now a merchant at DoorDash! We post all of our DoorDash available dates on our social media. You can order our food for delivery here!
